Smluvní protokol v Dt 29

Abstract

Tato práce pojednává o problematice smluvního protokolu v Dt 29. Definuje obecné pojmy smlouva a smluvní protokol. Dále se zabývá jejich výkladem a používáním ve starozákonní literatuře. Součástí práce je také exegeze Dt 29, kde byly rozborem textu rozpoznány prvky smluvního protokolu starověkých blízkovýchodních smluv, zejména smluv chetitských vazalského typu. Ze srovnání struktury chetitských smluv a smluv objevujících se v Tanachu je patrná příbuznost obou typů smluv.

This diploma thesis treats of the problematics of the covenantal protocol in Deuteronomy 29. The fundamental terms the Covenant and the Protocol of the Covenant are defined and it follows by their application and occurence in the Old Testament literature. This thesis includes also the exegesis of the text in Deuteronomy 29, in which the affinities with Ancient Near Eastern treaties, especially the Hittite treaties, were recognized. The structure of the Old Testament covenant follows the classic pattern of the treaty in the Ancient Near Eastern.
