Podporované zaměstnávání a pracovní uplatnění lidí s mentálním postižením

Abstract

Teoretická část práce sleduje problematiku zaměstnávání osob s lehkým až středně těžkým mentálním postižením z hlediska jejich psychických znaků a specifik vzdělávání. Popisuje také systém sociálních služeb, které jsou lidem s mentálním postižením v České republice poskytovány. Obsahuje legislativní podmínky integrace a determinanty trhu práce ve vztahu k zaměstnávání lidí s mentálním postižením. Práce definuje podporované zaměstnávání a popisuje jeho jednotlivé fáze, charakterizuje návazné služby, nastiňuje situaci ve vzdělávání pracovníků podporovaného zaměstnávání v naší republice. Podává také jeden z příkladů dobré praxe v podobě Agentury podporovaného zaměstnávání v Litoměřicích. Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo analyzovat vlivy tréninku dovedností potřebných pro práci v rámci pracovní zkušenosti u osob s mentálním postižením na jejich další pracovní uplatnění na otevřeném trhu práce. Poznatky v šetření jsou získávány kvalitativní metodou, technikami analýzy dokumentů, zprostředkovaného pozorování a rozhovoru. Na základě získaných poznatků jsou na závěr práce zařazeny postupy a opatření ke zlepšení pracovního uplatnění lidí s mentálním postižením v procesu služby podporované zaměstnávání. Šetření se odehrávalo na Litoměřicku.

Theoretical part of my thesis deals with the problems connected with employment of persons with mild and moderate form of mental retardation, especially from the perspective of their psychical characters and specific education. The thesis describes the system of social services that are provided to mentally affected persons too. It contains legislative determinants of integration and determinants of labor market related to the employment of mentally affected persons. This thesis defines the term "supported employment" and describes its phases, it characterizes subsequent services and describes the situation in education of consultants, working in the field of supported employment, in the Czech Republic. The thesis presents one of the examples of good practice: The Agency of Supported Employment in Litoměřice. The aim of this master thesis is to analyze the influence of training the skills, which are necessary for work during the work experience of mentally affected persons, to their next employability on labor market. The knowledge gained during the investigation is obtained through the qualitative methodology, technics of documents analysis, mediated observation and interview.
