Sociálněpedagogická pomoc obětem domácího násilí

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá sociálněpedagogickými aspekty domácího násilí. V úvodní části práce jsou definovány základní pojmy související s problematikou domácího násilí a je vymezena charakteristika domácího násilí jako nežádoucího jevu ve společnosti. V další kapitole je pozornost zaměřena na aktéry domácího násilí. Následující kapitola upozorňuje na význam prevence domácího násilí, důraz je kladen na primární prevenci. V práci jsou také nastíněny možnosti právní ochrany a pomoci obětem domácího násilí z hlediska právních norem ČR. Stěžejní část práce je věnována sociálněpedagogické pomoci poskytované obětem domácího násilí, kde jsou vymezené sociálněpedagogické aspekty práce s obětí domácího násilí. Pozornost je věnována nejen přímé práci s oběťmi domácího násilí, ale také dalším systémům pomoci určených aktérům domácího násilí. Je také vyzdvihnut význam interdisciplinární spolupráce při řešení problematiky domácího násilí a jsou popsány činnosti institucí poskytující pomoc obětem domácího násilí. Poslední kapitola teoretické části práce nabízí zhodnocení současného systému pomoci poskytovanému obětem domácího násilí v ČR. Empirické šetření zjišťuje současný stav informovanosti vybraného vzorku obyvatel o domácím násilí, dále jeho postojů k němu a zkušeností s ním. Provedeným šetřením bylo zjištěno, že...

The thesis deals with social and pedagogical aspects of a home violence. The preface defines the basic terms related to the home violence issue and an attention is paid to the home violence actors. The following chapter deals with the meaning of prevention of the home violence, the emphasis being placed on the primary prevention. The thesis also outlines the possibilities of a legal protection and help to home violence victims from the point of view of legal standards. The core part of the thesis focuses on social and pedagogical help to home violence victims, where social and pedagogical aspects of the work with the home violence victims are defined. Attention is paid not only to the direct work with the home violence victims but also to other systems of help to actors of home violence. A meaning of the interdisciplinary cooperation is raised here in solving the home violence and activities of institutions providing help to home victims are described. The last chapter of the theoretical thesis offers an evaluation of the present system of help provided to the home violence victims in CR.
