Pracovní uplatnění osob se sluchovým postižením v Kraji Vysočina

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the employment of people with hearing impairment in the Vysočina Region. The aim of the thesis is to identify the perceived barriers to employment of people with hearing impairment and to find out how the process of employment takes place. The thesis also marginally focuses on the education of people with hearing impairment and organizations that can help people with hearing impairment in their employment. The first chapters summarize the theoretical foundations concerning individuals with hearing impairment, maley the classification of hearing disorders, communication methods of people with hearing impairment, and assistive devices for individuals with hearing impairment. The thesis then focuses on the education of people with hearing impairment, divided according to individual levels of education. In the last part of the theoretical section of the bachelor's thesis, attention is paid to employment, specifically the labor market, the legislative definition of the employment of people with disabilities, and the psychosocial support of people with hearing impairment. Bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovním uplatněním osob se sluchovým postižením v Kraji Vysočina. Cílem práce je identifikovat pociťované bariéry při pracovním uplatnění osob se sluchovým postižením a zjistit, jakým způsobem probíhá proces pracovního uplatnění. Dále je práce okrajově zaměřena na vzdělání osob se sluchovým postižením a organizace, které mohou napomáhat osobám se sluchovým postižením při pracovním uplatnění. V prvních kapitolách jsou shrnuta teoretická východiska, které se týkají osob se sluchovým postižením, a to klasifikace sluchových vad, způsoby komunikace osob se sluchovým postižením a kompenzační pomůcky pro osoby se sluchovým postižením. Dále je práce zaměřena na vzdělávání osob se sluchovým postižením, které je rozděleno dle jednotlivých stupňů vzdělání. V poslední části teoretické části bakalářské práce je pozornost věnována zaměstnání, konkrétně trhu práce, legislativnímu vymezení zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením a psychosociální podpoře osob se sluchovým postižením. Empirická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na proces pracovního uplatnění u osob se sluchovým postižením a na identifikaci bariér u této skupiny osob.
