57 5. Závěr Z Mezinárodní organizace práce se stal v průběhu devadesáti let kolos, jež se stal významnou součásti elitní skupiny mezinárodních organizací. Organizace se stala jedinečným otevřeným fórem, který poskytuje prostor na tripartitní diskuzi mezi zástupci vlád členských států, zástupci zaměstnanců, zástupci zaměstnavatelů a dalšími sociálními partnery. Význam organizace a její zásluhy na zlepšování pracovních a sociálních podmínek jsou nezpochybnitelné. Historie nám předvádí celou řádu příkladů, které demonstrují, že Mezinárodní organizace práce si zaslouží jedinečné uznání a pocty. Zásluhou činnosti organizace je prosazení principů humanismu, solidarity, lidskosti nebo poskytnutí pomoci tam, kde to bylo potřebné. Byla to však i prevenční politika, cesta hledání ideálního nastavení kontrolních mechanismů, prosazování vlastních cílů a záměrů, které pomáhají budovat infrastrukturu celé sociální sítě. Zejména v chudých oblastech Afriky, Středního východu, Asie a Jižní Ameriky jsou jednotlivá oka sociální sítě příliš velká a přepadnout skrz ně znamená v mnohých případech i smrt. Proto se Organizace permanentně snaží řešit problém, jak zlepšit danou situaci. 60 Summary The International Labour Organisation, established 90 years ago, belongs to the main United Nations' organisations. It plays a unique role in the field of international organisations. It fights for better social and work conditions around the world. The ILO has currently 182 members, who participate in the organisation's functioning. One of its main aims is to regulate working standards. During the last nine decades, the organisation has managed to assert the principles of humanity and solidarity. It helped social and work relations in many world areas. However, when trying to answer the question: Where is this organisation heading to? Only future can answer this question. Chapter 1 deals with the general characteristics of the International Labour Organisation. Chapter 2 focuses on the relation between international and national law. It especially concentrates on how this issue is dealt with in the Constitution of the Czech Republic, i.e. introduction to ILO from the point of public law. Chapter 3 includes questions of international organisations dealing with social issues. It focuses on relations with the United Nations Organisation and the Council of Europe.
