The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the analysis of difficulties in the translation and interpretation of animated films into Russian, Czech, and English. The theoretical part of the work will be devoted to the study of common translation problems in cartoons, their analysis considering linguistic and cultural differences, as well as the role of film-pedagogy, which emphasizes the importance of animation as an educational and nurturing tool. Additionally, it will examine how the linguistic and cultural features of each language influence the conveyance of meanings and cultural realities, as well as how non-equivalent vocabulary can be adapted during translation. The practical part will include a comparative analysis of three popular preschool animated series: "Masha and the Bear", "Dora the Explorer," and "The Little Mole". The analysis will present examples of translation difficulties and demonstrate the interrelation between cultural contexts and their impact on the perception of cartoons by speakers of different languages.en_US
Praktická část bude zahrnovat komparativní analýzu tří populárních animovaných seriálů pro předškolní děti: "Máša a medvěd", "Dora průzkumnice" a "Krtek a kamarádi". V analýze budou uvedeny příklady překladatelských obtíží a ukázána souvislost mezi kulturními kontexty a jejich vlivem na vnímání kreslených filmů mluvčími různých jazyků.cs_CZ
