Marianna Kačeňáková Title: Possibilities for Collaboration Between Occupational Therapists and Parents of Children With Cancer Abstract: The bachelor's thesis focuses on the possibilities of collaboration between occupational therapists and parents of children with oncological diseases. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part addresses the issue of childhood oncological diseases and their impact on the family. It further describes the role of occupational therapists in oncology and discusses the possibilities of occupational therapy interventions for children with this diagnosis. The final chapters of the theoretical part deal with the collaboration between occupational therapists and parents. The main aim of the thesis is to map the cooperation between occupational therapists and parents of children with oncological diseases and to create an informational leaflet for parents, describing the possibilities of occupational therapy interventions for these children. In the practical part, an informational leaflet is created to serve parents by introducing the field of occupational therapy and outlining how an occupational therapist can assist their child. Marianna Kačeňáková Název bakalářské práce: Možnosti spolupráce ergoterapeutů a rodičů dětí s onkologickým onemocněním Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi spolupráce mezi ergoterapeutem a rodiči dětí s onkologickým onemocněním. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na problematiku onkologického onemocnění u dětí a jeho dopadu na rodinu. Dále popisuje roli ergoterapeuta v onkologii s následným rozebráním možností ergoterapeutické intervence u dětí s touto diagnózou. Závěrečné kapitoly teoretické části řeší samotnou spolupráci mezi ergoterapeutem a rodiči. Hlavním cílem práce je zmapovat spolupráci mezi ergoterapeuty a rodiči dětí s onkologickým onemocněním a pomocí informačního letáku pro rodiče popsat možnosti ergoterapeutické intervence u těchto dětí. V praktické části je vytvořený informační leták, který slouží rodičům a který kromě představení oboru ergoterapie uvádí možnosti, jak ergoterapeut může pomoci jejich dítěti. V další části bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi ergoterapeuty a uskutečněny dva semistrukturované rozhovory, s matkou dítěte s onkologickým onemocněním a s ergoterapeutkou z USA.
