Abstract

BACHELOR THESIS ABSTRACT Title: Mapping the Experience of Occupational Therapists in Performing the Nine Hole Peg Test According to the Czech Extended Version of the Manual for the Nine Hole Peg Test (NHPT) Abstract: The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the standardized Nine Hole Peg Test (NHPT), which assesses fine motor skills. It introduces the Czech Extended Manual for NHPT (ČRVM), a video guide for administering the test, and the app Ergo Testy Jemné Motoriky. It summarizes the clinical use of NHPT in patients after stroke, with multiple sclerosis, and with rheumatoid arthritis. The main aim of this thesis was to explore the experiences of Czech occupational therapists and occupational therapy students with administering the NHPT based on the ČRVM. Data were collected using a online questionnaire and practical testing with 13 participants conducted by the author. A secondary goal was to create a online quiz to test understanding of the rules of ČRVM. Responses from 168 participants were analyzed using MS Excel. Kateřina Vondrová Název bakalářské práce: Mapování zkušeností ergoterapeutů s prováděním Devítikolíkového testu podle České rozšířené verze manuálu pro Nine Hole Peg Test (NHPT) Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Teoretická část práce pojednává o standardizovaném testu hodnotícím jemnou motoriku, tedy o Devítikolíkovém testu (NHPT). Popisuje Českou rozšířenou verzi manuálu pro NHPT (ČRVM pro NHPT), videomanuál k administraci NHPT a aplikaci Ergo Testy Jemné Motoriky. Shrnuje možnosti využití NHPT u osob po cévní mozkové příhodě, s roztroušenou sklerózou a s revmatoidní artritidou. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat zkušenosti ergoterapeutů/tek a studentů/tek ergoterapie z České republiky s administrací NHPT podle ČRVM pro NHPT. Pro získání potřebných dat byla zvolena metoda on-line dotazníku s 41 otázkami a vlastní testování 13 probandů autorkou. Dílčím cílem bylo vytvořit cvičný kvíz pro ověření znalostí nového Českého rozšířeného manuálu pro NHPT. Pomocí MS Excel byly analyzovány odpovědi od 168 respondentů.
