Pastorační práce s menšinami v evangelickém církevním sboru Bratislava Staré Město (v kontextu situace na Slovensku)

Abstract

This bachelor thesis seeks to describe the pastoral care of minorities in the Evangelical Church of Augsburg in Slovakia Bratislava Staré Město (hereafter CS ECAV or the congregation), focusing on the work with and for LGBT+ people in the context of Slovakia over the last ten years. It will outline what pastoral care is about in general, and will attempt to look for some of its aspects in working with LGBT+ people in four recent professional publications. It will briefly introduce the reader to the congregation and its history in relation to minority pastoral care. It will describe the minorities who are pastorally served by the congregation's current minister, Anna Polck, and her colleagues, and focus the perspective on LGBT+ people. How Slovak society and its legislation relates to them, and how the ECAV relates to them. They will also briefly reflect on how the pastoral care of this minority resembles the pastoral care of the Roma in the settlement and what the two minorities have in common. He will also offer the results of modern research on so-called minority stress and its consequences on human health. Tato bakalářská práce se snaží popsat pastoraci menšin v Církevním sboru evangelické církve augsburského vyznání na Slovensku Bratislava Staré Město (dále CS ECAV nebo sbor) a soustředí se přitom na tamní práci s lidmi a pro lidi LGBT+, a to v kontextu Slovenska posledních deseti let. Nastíní, čím se pastorace zabývá obecně, a některé její aspekty při práci s lidmi LGBT+ se pokusí hledat ve čtyřech aktuálních odborných publikacích. Stručně seznámí čtenáře se sborem a jeho historií ve vztahu k pastoraci menšin. Popíše minority, kterým se pastoračně věnují nynější farářka sboru Anna Polcková a její kolegové, a zaostří pohled na osoby LGBT+. Jak se k nim vztahuje slovenská společnost a její legislativa a jaký vztah k ní má ECAV. Krátce se také zamyslí nad tím, v čem se pastorace této menšiny podobá pastoraci Romů v osadě a co mají obě minority společného. Nabídne i výsledky moderních výzkumů o takzvaném menšinovém stresu a jeho důsledcích na zdraví člověka. Předloží příklad inkluze LGBT+ lidí v několika evropských zemích a protestantských církvích. Jako příklad nesprávné či chybějící pastorace poskytne zkušenost mladého evangelického faráře gaye, pocházejícího z tradičního většinově luterského prostředí na Slovensku, a rozhovor s ním.
