Vliv typu vzdělání na pracovní uplatnění těžce zrakově postižených

Abstract

Nazev: PHyrava tezce zrakove postizenvch zdku na specidlnfch strednich skoldch pro svet prdce Cile prace: Podat uceleny pfehled o problematice zamestnavani zrakove postizenych (ZP)a jejich pfipravy do sveta prace. V souvislosti s tim prostfednictvim dotaznikove metody zmapovat urovefi dane pfipravy na specialnich strednich skolach pro zrakove postizene v CR jak z hlediska formy vedeni zaku, tak z pozice zaka a jeho potfeb. Metody: Pro tento vyzkum je zvolena metoda dotazovani. Dotazniky jsou zadany na pet specialnich strednich skol pro zrakove postizene v CR. Konkretne je vytvofen dotaznik pro feditele skoly, pro vychovne poradce, pro ucitele a pro zaky poslednich dvou rocniku. Vysledky: Tato prace podava ucelene danou problematiku ctenafi tak, aby mohl snadno jakekoli informace najit, a aby byly pro neho pfinosem. Poznatky v ni obsazene jsou naprosto aktualni - reagujici na soucasnou situaci. Z vyzkumneho setfeni bylo zjisteno, ze urovefi pfipravy ZP zaku na specialnich strednich skolach je dobra. Vysledkem setfeni je fakt, ze zaci jsou dobfe pfipravovani z hlediska nasledne integrace do spolecnosti. Prokazali vysokou mini sebevedomi, odhodlani se uplatnit. Title: Work-preparation of hard visually impaired students in the special second schools. Objective: To give a comprehensive summary of the questions arising in employment of visually disabled persons in Czech republic, and in their preparation for work. Through a method of questionnaires investigate the quality of work-preparations in the special second schools in Czechrep. Method: The method in this research is questioning through questionnaires made for five special second schools for visually impaired in Czech rep. A specific questionnaire is created for the headmaster, educational adviser, teachers and for the students in the second half of their study. Results: This reports intention is to present the reader with all the relevant and useful information about the employment problem of visually disabled persons in Czech republic. The pieces of information given are actual responses to the presented situation. It was discovered that the level of preparation visually impaired gets in the special schools is good. The fact is that students are well prepared in light of subsequent integration into the society.
