Odborné sociální poradenství pro neformální pečující z pohledu sociálních pracovníků

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of informal care for older adults and the role of social workers in the area of professional social counselling provided to informal caregivers in the Prague and Central Bohemian regions. The aim of the thesis is to examine how social workers engage with this target group and to identify the specific characteristics of the support they provide. Attention is given both to the individual approach of social workers and to organizational and systemic factors that influence the nature of counselling. The practical part of the thesis was carried out using a qualitative method, specifically through semi-structured interviews with seven social workers employed in organizations providing social counselling to caregivers. The data analysis focused on four main thematic areas: the forms and content of counselling, barriers and supportive factors influencing work with caregivers, and the differences between basic and professional social counselling. The findings indicate that professional social counselling serves as an important form of support for informal caregivers, with its specific form shaped by a range of factors - from the legislative framework and organizational conditions to the approach of individual social workers.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou neformální péče o seniory a rolí sociálních pracovníků v oblasti odborného sociálního poradenství poskytovaného neformálně pečujícím osobám na území Prahy a Středočeského kraje. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem sociální pracovníci s touto cílovou skupinou pracují a jaká jsou specifika poskytované podpory. Pozornost je věnována jak individuálnímu přístupu pracovníků, tak i organizačním a systémovým aspektům, které ovlivňují podobu poradenství. Praktická část práce byla realizována pomocí kvalitativní metody, konkrétně formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se sedmi sociálními pracovnicemi působícími v organizacích poskytující sociální poradenství pečujícím osobám. Analýza dat se soustředila na čtyři hlavní tematické oblasti: formy a obsah poradenství, bariéry a podpůrné faktory ovlivňující práci s pečujícími a rozdíly mezi základním a odborným sociálním poradenstvím. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že odborné sociální poradenství představuje nástroj podpory neformálně pečujících, jehož konkrétní podoba je ovlivňována řadou faktorů - od legislativního rámce a podmínek organizací až po přístup jednotlivých pracovníků.
