BACHELOR THESIS ABSTRACT Name, Surname: Karla Švehlová Supervisor: Mgr. Zita Matoušová Consultant: - Title: Occupational therapy intervention for people with de Quervain's disease Subtitle: Focusing on the issues of women after childbirth Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of de Quervain's disease from the point of view of an occupational therapist, especially in women after birth caring for one or more of their own children. The main aim of this thesis is to present the possibilities of occupational therapy intervention in this target group with de Quervain's disease. Secondary aim was a creation of an information brochure summarising the information gathered from both theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the disease itself including its anatomical basis, etiology, pathogenesis, diagnostics and clinical picture. Another part is focused on the function of the hand, including its kinesiological aspects, fine motor skills and grips. The last part of the theory focuses on treatment and occupational therapy intervention in people with de Quervain's disease and its specifics in my chosen target group with an emphasis on ergonomics in child care. Zita Matoušová Konzultant práce: - Název bakalářské práce: Ergoterapeutická intervence u osob s Morbus de Quervain Podtitul: Se zaměřením na problematiku žen po porodu Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou Morbus de Quervain z pohledu ergoterapeuta, a to zejména u žen po porodu pečujících o jedno či více vlastních dětí. Hlavním cílem práce je představit možnosti ergoterapeutické intervence u této cílové skupiny s diagnózou Morbus de Quervain. Jako vedlejší cíl byla vytvořena stručná informační brožura shrnující získané informace z teoretické i praktické části. V teoretické části je nejprve popsáno samotné onemocnění včetně jeho anatomického podkladu, etiologie, patogeneze, diagnostiky a klinického obrazu. Další část je zaměřena na funkci ruky, zahrnující její kineziologické aspekty, jemnou motoriku a úchopy. Poslední část teorie se soustředí možnosti léčby a na ergoterapeutickou intervenci u osob s Morbus de Quervain a její specifika u mnou zvolené cílové skupiny s důrazem na ergonomii v péči o dítě. Praktickou část tvoří dvě terapeutické kazuistiky obsahující možnou náplň ergoterapeutické intervence. U první kazuistiky došlo k úplnému vymizení obtíží. U druhé kazuistiky došlo k výraznému...
