Eliška Rotbartová Title: Sexuality in Poeple with Multiple Sclerosis as Part of Occupational Therapy Intervention Subtitle: Focusing on Women Abstract of the Thesis: The bachelor's thesis explores the issue of sexual life in individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS) in the context of occupational therapy. The theoretical part focuses on sexual dysfunctions and their impact on the sexual and partner relationships of people with MS. It also examines the possibilities of occupational therapy interventions in this area, including the role of the occupational therapist, sexuality assessment, and communication about this sensitive topic. The main objective of the thesis was to develop an educational material for women with MS, focusing on sexual dysfunctions. The secondary objectives were to assess its usefulness and identify the specific needs of female patients regarding sexuality. In the practical part, an educational material was created, providing information on sexual dysfunctions in women with MS, practical strategies for managing these issues, and examples of exercises from an occupational therapy perspective. Eliška Rotbartová Název bakalářské práce: Sexualita u osob s roztroušenou sklerózou jako součást ergoterapeutické intervence Podtitul: Se zaměřením na ženy Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sexuálního života u osob s roztroušenou sklerózou v kontextu ergoterapie. Teoretická část se věnuje sexuálním dysfunkcím a jejich dopadu na sexuální a partnerský život osob s RS. Dále rozebírá možnosti ergoterapeutické intervence v této oblasti, včetně role ergoterapeuta, hodnocení sexuality a komunikace o tomto citlivém tématu. Hlavním cílem práce bylo vytvoření edukačního materiálu pro ženy s RS, zaměřeného na oblast sexuálních dysfunkcí. Dílčími cíli bylo ověřit jeho užitečnost a identifikovat konkrétní potřeby pacientek v oblasti sexuality.
