Sourozenecké konstelace v rodinách s dítětem se zdravotním postižením

Abstract

The thesis explores the topic of sibling relationships in families with a child with disability. The aim of the thesis id to understand how living with a sibling with a disability has influenced the life of the non-disabled sibling. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of family, the specific functioning of families with a child with disability, sibling relationships, and the available support options for non-disabled siblings. The research part focuses on the subjective perception of living with a sibling with a disability. A qualitative research approach was used, specifically the method of semi-structures interviews. Interviews were conducted with for young adults who grew up in a shared household with a sibling with a disability. Their responses provided deeper insight into how this cohabitation affected their daily lives, life choices, psychological experiences and self-perception. The outcome of the thesis is a comprehensive view of siblinghood in families with a child with disability. The specific research findings showed the despite the challenges of living with a sibling with disability, generally positive attitudes and experiences prevailed. Práce se zabývá tématem sourozeneckých vztahů v rodině s dítětem se zdravotním postižením. Cílem této práce je porozumět tomu, jak soužití se sourozencem se zdravotním postižením ovlivnilo život intaktního sourozence. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení rodiny, specifikům fungování rodiny s dítětem se zdravotním postižením, sourozeneckým vztahům a možnostem podpory intaktních sourozenců. Výzkumná část se zaměřuje na subjektivní vnímání soužití intaktních sourozenců se sourozencem se zdravotním postižením. Využit byl kvalitativní přístup, konkrétně metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Rozhovory byly provedeny se čtyřmi mladými dospělými, kteří vyrůstali ve společné domácnosti se sourozencem s postižením. Jejich odpovědi poskytly hlubší pohled na to, jak toto soužití ovlivnilo jejich každodenní fungování, životní volby, psychické prožívání i sebepojetí. Výsledkem práce je komplexní pohled na tématiku sourozenectví v rodině s dítětem se zdravotním postižením.
