Abstract

Methodology of Investigation of Murders Abstract This thesis focuses on the investigation of murders, with an emphasis on the development and application of investigation methodology. The first part of the thesis analyzes the Czech legal regulation of crimes against life, thus placing the investigation within the legal framework of the Czech Republic. The second part examines the definition, systematics, principles of creation, and structure of investigation methodology. Subsequently, it thoroughly dissects individual components of murder investigation methodology and highlights the peculiarities of such investigation. The result is a comprehensive insight into the problematics of murder investigation and a beneficial overview of recommended procedures for investigators and lawyers operating in the field of criminal law. In the third part of the thesis, special attention is paid to the differences and procedures in investigating murders of a newborn child commited by its mother. The criminal offense of neonaticide encompasses many unique aspects, including psychological, social, and legal questions. Metodika vyšetřování vražd Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku vyšetřování vražd, s důrazem na vypracování a aplikaci metodiky vyšetřování. Práce v první části analyzuje českou právní úpravu trestných činů proti životu, a zasazuje tak vyšetřování do právního rámce České republiky. V druhé části práce zkoumá definici, systematiku, zásady tvorby a strukturu metodiky vyšetřování. Následně důkladně rozebírá jednotlivé komponenty metodiky vyšetřování vražd a zdůrazňuje zvláštnosti takového vyšetřování. Výsledkem je komplexní vhled do problematiky vyšetřování vražd a přínosný přehled doporučených postupů pro vyšetřovatele a právníky působící v oblasti trestního práva. Ve třetí části práce je zvláštní pozornost věnována odlišnostem a postupům při vyšetřování vražd novorozených dětí matkou. Trestný čin novorozeného dítěte matkou zahrnuje mnohé zvláštní aspekty včetně psychologických, sociálních a právních otázek.
