Analýza nejlépe hodnocených příspěvků v diskuzích na českých internetových zpravodajských serverech

Abstract

Cílem práce je zjistit, jak vypadá nejlépe hodnocený příspěvek v diskuzích tří českých zpravodajských online serverů - idnes.cz, novinky.cz a aktualne.cz. Nejlépe ohodnocený komentář byl analyzován z hlediska pěti kritérií - zda souvisí s tématem článku, zda obsahuje vulgarismy, zda se v něm objevuje ironie nebo humor, zda příspěvek vyjadřuje nesouhlas s tvrzením článku a zda diskutující ve svém komentáři vyjadřuje své vlastní zjednodušené závěry, případně svá vlastní řešení problému. K analýze a zhodnocení bylo využito prvků kvantitativního i kvalitativního výzkumu a zjištěné poznatky byly převedeny i do grafické podoby. Podle výsledků ze všech tří serverů je ideální příspěvek takový, který souvisí s tématem, neobsahuje vulgarismy ani humor, souhlasí s tvrzením článku a obsahuje zjednodušené závěry či vlastní řešení. Výsledky říkají mnohé o preferencích přispěvatelů do online diskuzí a mohou být nápomocné při dalším výzkumu jejich chování, zároveň mohou inspirovat k detailnějšímu výzkumu jednotlivých fenoménů napříč celým diskuzním vláknem. V kontextu nárůstajícího vlivu internetu a internetových médií může být analýza preferencí uživatelů online médií přínosnou nejen pro další výzkum, ale rovněž pro samotná média.

The aim of this thesis is to discover how a top rated post in discussions of the three Czech online news sites - idnes.cz, novinky.cz and aktualne.cz looks like. Top rated comment was analyzed in terms of five criteria - whether related to the theme of the article, whether it contains vulgarisms, whether it occurs irony or humor, whether the comment expresses disagreement with the article and whether the user in his commentary expresses his own simplified conclusions, or his own solution to the problem. For the analysis and evaluation were used elements of quantitative and qualitative research and findings have been converted into graphic form. According to the results from all three servers, the ideal comment is the one that is related to the topic, does not contain vulgarisms and humor, agrees with the article and provides simplified conclusions or easy solutions. The results say a lot about the preferences of contributors to online discussions and may assist in the further study of their behavior, they can also inspire for more detailed research of phenomena throughout the discussion thread. In the context of the growing impact of the Internet and online media, analysis of the user preferences of online media can be not only beneficial for further research, but also for the media itself.
