Možnosti a limity sociální práce se seniory v rámci Housing First

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the Housing First approach as one of the possible ways to address the issue of homelessness, with a special attention given to the implementation of the Housing First model in Prague. The aim of the thesis is to identify and describe the possibilities and limits of social work with elderly clients from the perspective of social workers who base their work on the principles of Housing First. The theoretical part deals with the issue of homelessness, the Housing First approach, including a comparison with the Housing Ready model and the topic of social work with a special focus on its specifics within the Housing First model and when working with elderly. The practical part describes a qualitative research conducted using semi-structured interview techniques with social workers.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá přístupem Housing First jako jedním z možných způsobů řešení problematiky bezdomovectví, přičemž zvláštní pozornost je věnována podobě modelu Housing First v Praze. Cílem práce je zjistit a popsat možnosti a limity sociální práce s klientem - seniorem a to z pohledu sociálních pracovníků, kteří ve své práci vychází z principů Housing First. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice bezdomovectví, přístupu Housing First, včetně srovnání s modelem Housing Ready a tématu sociální práce se zvláštním zaměřením na její specifika v rámci modelu Housing First a při práci se seniory. V praktické části je popsán kvalitativní výzkum provedený technikou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky.
