Náročné chování adolescentů ve školním i mimoškolním prostředí a možnosti jeho řešení

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na náročné chování adolescentů a možnosti jeho řešení. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je hlubší zkoumání a popis strategií, které používají pedagogové základních škol a pracovníci volnočasových zařízení v Novém Boru při řešení náročného chování adolescentů. V teoretické části se věnuje definici pojmu náročné chování, jeho formám, projevům a faktorům, které mohou přispívat k jeho vzniku. Dále se zabývá preventivními a intervenčními strategiemi doporučovanými pro efektivní zvládání tohoto chování. Empirická část práce je založena na dvou metodách kvalitativního výzkumu. První je analýza minimálních preventivních programů dvou základních škol a domova dětí a mládeže, druhá metoda probíhá formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pěti respondenty. Respondenty jsou školní metodici prevence, lektorka z domova dětí a mládeže, pracovnice v sociálních službách z nízkoprahového zařízení pro děti a mládež a trenér tělovýchovné jednoty. Tato kombinace metod umožňuje získat hluboký vhled do aktuálních postupů a strategií využívaných v praxi. The thesis focuses on challenging behavior in adolescents and the possibilities for its resolution. The main objective of the thesis is to deeply explore and describe the strategies used by elementary school teachers and after-school program staff in Nový Bor in addressing challenging behavior in adolescents. The theoretical part deals with the definition of challenging behavior, its forms, manifestations, and the factors that may contribute to its emergence. It further examines the preventive and intervention strategies recommended for effectively managing this behavior. The empirical part of the thesis is based on two qualitative research methods: the first is the analysis of the Minimal Preventive Programs of two elementary schools and an after-school center, and the second involves semi-structured interviews with five respondents. The respondents include school prevention specialists, an instructor from the after-school center, a social worker from a drop-in center for children and youth, and a coach from a sports club. This combination of methods allows for a deep insight into the current practices and strategies used in practice.
