Abstract

Název: Spolupráce rodičů s trenéry v dětských kategoriích mládežnického fotbalu Cíle: Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat komunikaci a spolupráci mezi rodiči a trenéry v dětských kategoriích mládežnického fotbalu. Práce se konkrétně zaměřuje na způsob komunikace, nejčastější konflikty a nedorozumění, angažovanost a očekávání rodičů. Dílčím cílem práce je nalezení prostředků, které by mohly spolupráci zlepšit. Metody: Data pro bakalářskou práci byla sesbírána formou dotazníkového šetření zaměřeného na spolupráci rodičů s trenéry v mládežnickém fotbale. Pro sestavení dotazníků bylo využito kvantitativních přístupů ke sběru dat. Při vyhodnocení kvantitativní části bylo využito metody komparace pro vzájemné porovnání dat od jednotlivých respondentů a metody syntézy k odhalení hlavních trendů v odpovědích. Teoretická část především využívá metody deskripce a literární rešerše. Výsledky: Efektivní komunikace a vzájemný respekt jsou klíčovými faktory pro úspěšnou spolupráci, zatímco nedostatečné zapojení rodičů a rozdíly v přístupech k tréninku často vedou k nedorozuměním a konfliktům. Title: Cooperation between parents and coaches in children's categories of youth football Objectives The goal of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the communication and cooperation between parents and coaches in children's categories of youth football. Specifically, it will focus on the method of communication, the most frequent conflicts and misunderstandings, parents' engagement, and expectations. A secondary objective of the thesis is to identify ways to improve the collaboration. Methods: The data for the bachelor thesis was collected using a questionnaire survey focusing on the cooperation between parents and coaches in youth football. A quantitative data collection approach was used to construct the questionnaires. The evaluation of the quantitative part used the method of comparison to compare the data from each respondent with each other and the method of synthesis to detect key trends in the responses. The theoretical part mainly uses the methods of description and literature review. Results: Effective communication and mutual respect are crucial factors for successful cooperation, whereas insufficient parental involvement and differences in training approaches often lead to misunderstandings and conflicts.
