Kvalitativní výzkum motivačních aspektů pracovníků krizové intervence v širším sociálním rámci

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je popsat motivační aspekty příslušníků Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky (dále HZS ČR) v širším sociálním rámci, které je přivedly k volbě specializace - člena týmu posttraumatické péče v rámci HZS ČR. Ve středu zájmu zkoumání jsou především otázky motivace volby k výběru specializace, ale zároveň se soustřeďuji i na ostatní aspekty, které mohou motivaci ovlivňovat - otázky týkající se očekávání pracovníků od práce v krizové intervenci, otázky týkající se jejich dosavadních zkušeností a otázky vztahující se k jejich hodnotové orientaci. Dalším cílem je porovnat výstupy z rozhovorů s příslušníky HZS ČR s výstupy z rozhovorů s psychosociálními pracovnicemi krizové intervence, které byly cílovou skupinou respondentů orientačního výzkumu. Úvodní část práce obsahuje stručný popis základních pojmů, jenž se váží na téma, kterému se výzkum věnuje, jako je motivace, potřeby, krize, krizová intervence, pracovníci krizové intervence, HZS ČR, příslušníci HZS ČR, kvalitativní výzkum. Poté následuje přehledná část, která popisuje výzkumné postupy a použitou metodiku, která byla užita při sběru a následné analýze a interpretaci dat. Vlastní jádro práce spočívá v analýze, interpretaci a explanaci získaných dat, k nimž je připojená závěrečná diskuse a doporučení.

The first objective of this thesis is to describe motivational aspects of members of The Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic in a broader social frame which brought the to the selection of a specialization as members of post-traumatic care teams within The Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic. In the centre of the exploration there are questions of their motivation for a selection of their specialization and also questions about their expectations from the specialization, questions of their actual experience and of their value tendencies. The other objective of this thesis is to compare data from interviews with firemen with data from interviews with workers of psychosocial crisis intervention who were respondents of a pilot research. The theoretical part of the thesis describes basic definitions of topical dealt with in the research such as motivation, needs, crisis, crisis intervention, workers of crisis intervention, The Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic, firemen and qualitative research. The second practical part of the thesis presents a qualitative research aiming to describe motivational aspects of firemen. The main data collection method are semi-standardized interviews with 9 firemen - members of post-traumatic care teams from 5 district and 8 different fire brigade stations of the Czech Republic....
