Gabriela Kočí Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou CCEP kyčelního kloubu Cíle: Cílem této práce je zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci cervikokapitální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu, která byla spojena s následnou parézou nervus ischiadicus a s předcházející polyneuropatií. Metody: V rámci kazuistiky zpracované na Lůžkovém oddělení následné péče Polikliniky Prosek. V rámci péče o pacienta byla odebrána anamnéza, proveden vstupní kineziologický rozbor a na jeho základě stanoveny cíle následné terapie. V rámci terapie byly využity TMT, mobilizace periferních kloubů, individuální kinezioterapie a individuální LTV - nácvik lokomoce a mobility. Důraz byl kladen na autoterapii. Na konci terapie byl proveden výstupní kineziologický rozbor, po kterém byl zhodnocen efekt terapie. Výsledky: U pacienta došlo ke zlepšení stoje a chůze. Úspěšná korekce protrahovaných ramen a krční lordózy. Snížil se otok operované DK. Celkové zvýšení rozsahu v kloubech DKK. Celkové zvýšení svalové síly svalů DKK a HSS. Obnovení protažitelnosti a pružnosti fascii DKK, odstraněny blokády, joint-play a pružnost obnovena. Zlepšení polohocitu a pohybocitu. Zlepšení stereotypu pohybu do extenze a abdukce dle Jandy. Objectives: The objectives of this thesis are to present a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient after implantation of a cervicocapital endoprosthesis of the hip joint, which was associated with subsequent sciatic nerve paresis and preceding polyneuropathy. Methods: As part of the case study processed at the Aftercare inpatient department at the Prosek Polyclinic. As part of the patient's care, an anamnesis was taken, an initial kinesiology analysis was performed and, based on this, the goals of subsequent therapy were determined. TMT, mobilization of peripheral joints, individual kinesiotherapy and individual LTV - locomotion and mobility training were used as part of the therapy. Emphasis was placed on self-therapy. At the end of the therapy, an output kinesiology analysis was performed, after which the effect of the therapy was evaluated. Results: The patient's standing and walking improved. Successful correction of elongated shoulders and cervical lordosis. The swelling of the operated DK decreased. Overall increase in range in DKK joints.
