Abstract

Jana Sohrová Název Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou stav po fraktuře distálního radia Cíle Cílem této bakalářské je zpracování teoretické a praktické části s tematikou fraktura distálního radia. Úkolem teoretické části je seznámení s problematikou zlomenin, především zlomenin distálního radia, anatomickými a kineziologickými podklady této oblasti a způsobem léčby těchto zlomenin, včetně fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienty s diagnózou stav po fraktuře distálního radia. Cílem praktické části je zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou stav po fraktuře distálního radia s vyšetřovacími a terapeutickými postupy vedenými dle znalostí získaných během bakalářského studia fyzioterapie. Metody Práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická práce je zpracována na základě rešerše odborných zdrojů. Součástí je popis anatomie a kineziologie předloktí, dále se tato část věnuje problematice zlomenin, jejich klasifikaci a blíže pak přímo problematice zlomenin distálního radia a způsobu jejich vyšetření a léčby, včetně fyzioterapeutickým postupům, které je vhodné dle odborných aktuálních zdrojů v rámci terapie u pacientů s touto diagnózou použít. The theoretical part aims to introduce the issues of fractures, particularly distal radius fractures, the anatomical and kinesiological foundations of this area, and the methods of treating these fractures, including physiotherapeutic care for patients diagnosed with a distal radius fracture. The practical part aims to develop a case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient diagnosed with a distal radius fracture, including diagnostic and therapeutic procedures guided by knowledge acquired during the bachelor's degree in physiotherapy.
