Vyjadřování povinnosti v Ústavě Portugalské republiky

Abstract

(in English): The bachelor thesis is dealing with the morphological and lexical means of expression of obligation used by the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic compared to the common Portuguese. The first part is based on common grammar books, and it summarizes the means of expression of obligation in common Portuguese. The second part concentrates on the methods of the same used by the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic - including the frequency of their occurrence and the context in which they most likely appear. The thesis confirms its hypothesis that the legal Portuguese, here represented by the Constitution of the Portuguese Republic, uses very different means of expression of obligation that common Portuguese. (česky) Bakalářská práce se zabývá morfologickými a lexikálními prostředky vyjádření povinnosti, které užívá Ústava Portugalské republiky ve srovnání s obecnou portugalštinou. První část vychází z obecných gramatik a shrnuje způsoby vyjádření povinnosti v obecné portugalštině. Druhá část se soustředí na metody téhož používané Ústavou Portugalské republiky - včetně frekvence jejich výskytu a kontextu, v němž se nejčastěji objevují. Práce potvrzuje hypotézu, že právnická portugalština, zde zastoupená Ústavou Portugalské republiky, využívá velmi odlišné prostředky k vyjádření povinnosti než portugalština obecná.
