Vyšetření pacienta v ordinaci dentální hygienistky

Abstract

1 Summary Objective: The objective of the thesis was to summarize knowledge about the problematic of patient examination and describe approaches of how the examination at the office of dental hygienist could be performed. In addition, the aim was to summarize and describe the most common diseases in the oral cavity and record a video which would show one of the possible approaches of patient examination. Methodology: The research was carried out using survey, which was attended by 145 respondents. The survey was made using the online Google form and distributed to respondents using the social network Facebook and personal messages. The data was gathered in the period from 23. 11. To 23. 12. 2021. Results: The survey was attended mostly by women. The average age of respondents was 31.4 years. The average practical experience of respondents is 6.3 years. Dental hygienists treat an average of 9 patients per day. The hypothesis number 1 was not confirmed. According to the calculation based on the gathered data, the average patient examination time of dental hygienist is 9 minutes. The hypothesis number 2 was not confirmed. 89% of respondents check tongue and its base, but 66% of the respondents check only base of oral cavity. The hypothesis number 3 was confirmed. Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo shrnout poznatky o problematice vyšetření pacienta a popsat postupy toho, jak by mohlo vyšetření v dentální hygienistky probíhat. Kromě toho shrnout a popsat nejčastější onemocnění v dutině ústní a zároveň natočit video, které by ukázalo jeden možných postupů vyšetření pacienta. Výzkum byl uskutečněn dotazníkového setření, se zúčastnilo 145 respondentů. Dotazník prostřednictvím formuláře Google a rozeslán mezi respondenty přes sociální ť shromážděna ového setření se zúčastnily především ženy. Věkový průměr respondentů činil 31,4 let.
