Logopedická intervence v dětských domovech v Královehradeckém kraji

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the provision of speech therapy intervention in children's homes in the Královéhradecký region.The bachelor thesis is divided into three chapters, two theoretical and one empirical chapter. In the first chapter of the theoretical part, basic concepts such as speech therapy, communication, speech, language and impaired communication ability are explained. Next, the first chapter is devoted to the development of speech, language and communication within the planes and lastly, it describes children's homes and their functioning, the role of the educator and the child and the communication skills of children from children's homes. The second chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to speech therapy intervention, the definition of the term and its activities, its position within the health and education departments. The empirical part deals with two children's homes from the Královéhradecký region and their provision of speech therapy intervention. In the introduction of the empirical part, the main and sub-objectives and research questions are set, the methods and the course of the research investigation are described. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na poskytování logopedické intervence v dětských domovech v Královéhradeckém kraji. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do třech kapitol, kde jsou dvě kapitoly teoretické a jedna kapitola empirická. V první kapitole teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, jako jsou logopedie, komunikace, řeč, jazyk a narušená komunikační schopnost. Dále je první kapitola věnována vývoji řeči, jazyka a komunikace v rámci rovin a v poslední řadě popisuje dětské domovy a jejich fungování, roli vychovatele a dítěte a komunikační schopnosti dětí z dětských domovů. Druhá kapitola teoretické části je věnována logopedické intervenci, vymezení pojmu a jeho činnostem, postavení v rámci rezortů zdravotnictví a školství. Empirická část se zabývá dvěma dětskými domovy z Královéhradeckého kraje a jejich poskytováním logopedické intervence. V úvodu empirické části jsou stanoveny hlavní a dílčí cíle a výzkumné otázky, popsány metody a průběh výzkumného šetření. Za hlavní cíl byla určena analýza logopedické intervence v dětských domovech v Královéhradeckém kraji. První část výzkumného šetření je věnována dětskému domovu č. 1 a část druhá dětskému domovu č. 2, jejich charakteristice, fungování a poskytování logopedické intervence.
