Abstract

v Abstract Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient diagnosed with total knee arthroplasty Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to elaborate the theoretical knowledge on the diagnosis of total knee arthroplasty. Furthermore, to elaborate a case study of a patient with the given diagnosis and to evaluate the effect of used physiotherapeutic methods and procedures. Methods: The case study consists of the initial kinesiological analysis, ten therapies, oucome kinesiological analysis and short-term and long-term therapeutic plans. For the examination and therapies, procedures and methods are used within the scope of knowledge of the Bachelor of Physiotherapy of UK FTVS. All these procedures are non-invasive. At the end of the thesis, the results and effect of the therapies are evaluated and the use of each method and procedure is compared with the literature mentioned in the theoretical part of the thesis. Results: The result of the therapeutic intervention was an improvement in the patient's health condition, achieving full self-sufficiency and, above all, successful elimination of subjective difficulties. iv Abstrakt Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou stav po TEP kolenního kloubu Cíle: Cílem práce je zpracování teoretických poznatků k diagnóze stav po TEP kolenního kloubu. Dále vypracování kazuistiky pacientky s danou diagnózou a zhodnocení efektu použitých fyzioterapeutických metod a postupů. Metody: Kazuistika sestává ze vstupního vyšetření, deseti terapeutických jednotek, vyšetření výstupního a cílů krátkodobého a dlouhodobého terapeutického plánu. Pro vyšetření a terapie jsou využívány postupy a metody v rozsahu znalostí bakalářského studia oboru fyzioterapie UK FTVS. Veškeré tyto postupy jsou neinvazivní. Na závěr práce jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky a efekt terapií a využití jednotlivých metod a postupů je porovnáno s odbornou literaturou zmíněnou v teoretické části práce. Výsledky: Výsledkem terapeutické intervence bylo zlepšení zdravotního stavu pacientky, dosažení její plné soběstačnosti, a především úspěšné odstranění subjektivních obtíží.
