| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce shrnuje doporučení základních přístupů a metod ve výuce dospělých. Uvádí metodiku, která je obohacena praktickými zkušenostmi autorky. Praktická část ověřuje teoretické předpoklady a využívá mnohaletou zkušenost výuky dospělých v oblasti ICT. Výzkum nejen potvrdil původní předpoklady, ale přinesl i nová zjištění, která lze využít při výuce dospělých. Práce nastiňuje problematiku informační andragogiky a dává základy metodicko-didaktické koncepci informační elementaristiky pro skupinu dospělých. | cs_CZ |

In practical part of the thesis there is research trying to prove theoretical background enrich by practical experience with teaching of course Do not be intimidate by computers. This research proved initial presumptions and it results into new founding as well.
