Zacházení s vězni a tvorba standardizovaných programů

Abstract

Prioritou při tvorbě nových standardizovaných programů pro specifické skupiny odsouzených se ve Vězeňské službě České republiky v roce 2007 stal nový program zacházení s pachateli komerčního sexuálního zneužívání dětí. Veřejnost tuto oblast kriminality sleduje se zvýšenou pozorností. V roce 2007 bylo u nás zaregistrováno 1205 případů zneužití dětí. Překročení odvěkého tabu má kriminogenní následky. Potvrzují to záznamy o sexuálním zneužívání a týrání v anamnézách nebezpečných pachatelů. Speciální zacházení s pachateli sexuálního zneužívání dětí je proto součástí boje s nejzávažnější kriminalitou a přínosem k ochraně nejslabších členů naší společnosti. Komerční sexuální zneužívání dětí realizují pachatelé často prostřednictvím třetí osoby, která vůči dítěti používá nátlak nebo násilí. Pachatelé proto vinu popírají před veřejností i vlastním svědomím. Standardizovaný program vede pachatele k poznání příčin a důsledků trestné činnosti. Výzkumná část této práce se zaměřila na zjištění, jak program vnímají odsouzení i realizační tým. Potvrdil se nesmírný výchovný náboj vzdělávací části programu, v níž formativní roli mají fakta a teoretické informace o specifické trestné činnosti. In the year 2007 for the Prison Service of the Czech Republic the new treatment program for offenders of commercially motivated sexual abuse of children became preferred. Community is very focused on this area of criminality. In 2007 there were 1 205 of abuse of children. Getting over the long-standing taboo has criminological consequences, which has been confirmed by records on sexual abuse and maltreatment in personal files of dangerous offenders. Therefore, special treatment with offenders of sexual abuse of children represents part of the fight against the most serious criminality and contributes to protection to the most vulnerable members of our community. Commercially motivated sexual abuse of children has been frequently accomplished through a third person that uses pressure or violence on a child. That is why offenders deny their guilt before both the community and their own conscience. The standardized program should guide an offender towards recognition of reasons and consequences of his/her criminal activities. The research part of this thesis concentrates on how the program is perceived by both the offenders and the realization team.
