Funkční míra nezávislosti u hráčů ragby vozíčkářů

Abstract

Název : Funkční míra nezávislosti u hráčů ragby vozíčkářů Cíle: Cílem diplomové práce bylo zkoumání souvislostí mezi sportovní aktivitou ragby vozíčkářů (RV) a stupněm funkční míry nezávislosti v běžných denních činnostech u lidí po poškození míchy. Metody: Do empirického smíšeného výzkumu bylo metodou záměrného výběru zvoleno 20 hráčů ragby vozíčkářů mužského pohlaví ve věku od 20 do 51 let, v rozmezí úrovně míšního poranění C5 - Th8. Metody sběru dat zahrnovaly rozhovor a dotazník vlastní konstrukce, které zjišťovaly anamnestické údaje, subjektivní hodnocení soběstačnosti a zkušenosti hráčů se zdravotními komplikacemi spojenými s ragby vozíčkářů. Dále bylo provedeno hodnocení funkční míry nezávislosti SCIM III, jehož výsledky byly porovnány s výsledky dvou předchozích studií (EMSCI a předpoklady ergoterapeutů z ČR). Výsledky: Výsledky potvrzují pozitivní vztah mezi funkční nezávislostí hráčů a sportovní aktivitou ragby vozíčkářů. U respondentů v úrovních kompletní míšní léze C6 a C7-8 se hodnocením SCIM III prokázala vyšší funkční míra nezávislosti oproti celkovému průměru populace vozíčkářů s kompletním míšním poraněním. Celkové skóre SCIM III bylo u hráčů RV s úrovní míšní léze C6 v průměru o 61,8 % vyšší než data z předchozích studií a u míšních lézí C7-8 v průměru o 28,1 %. Výsledky tedy...

Title: Functional independence measures in wheelchair rugby players Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to investigate the relationship between the sports activity of wheelchair rugby players and the degree of functional independence in daily activities in people with spinal cord injury. Methods: 20 male wheelchair rugby players aged between 20 and 51 years, in the range of spinal cord injury level C5 - Th8, were selected for the empirical mixed research using the purposive sampling method. The methods of data collection include an interview and a self-constructed questionnaire that elicits anamnestic data, subjective assessment of self- sufficiency and player's experiences with health complications associated with wheelchair rugby. Furthermore, an evaluation of the SCIM III functional degree of independence was carried out, the results of which were compared with the results of two previous studies (EMSCI and assumptions of Occupational Therapists from the Czech Republic). Results: The results confirm a positive relationship between the player's functional independence and the sports activity of wheelchair rugby players.
