Poválečné vysídlení Němců z Liberce 1945-1947

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of the post-war displacement of Germans from Liberec and its surroundings. In the introduction, the German history of the city is presented. It mainly focuses on the period of the Munich Agreement and the associated incorporation of the city into the German Empire. Furthermore, the work examines the events of the end of the Second World War and the liberation of Liberec by the Red Army. The next part describes the development and change of attitude regarding the issue of expulsion of Germans from Czechoslovakia. After that, the work deals with the process itself and the organization of the transfer of Germans from Liberec. First, the disorganized expulsion that began in Liberec immediately after the end of the war is examined. This phase was often accompanied by violent incidents and organizational difficulties. Then the Potsdam Conference is mentioned, which was perceived as an intermediate link to the preparation of organized transfers. Tato práce zpracovává problematiku poválečného vysídlení Němců z Liberce a jeho okolí. V úvodu práce představuje německou historii města. Zaměřuje se hlavně na období Mnichovské dohody a s tím spjaté začlenění města do Německé říše. Dále práce zkoumá události konce druhé světové války a osvobození Liberce Rudou armádou. V další části je popsán vývoj a změna postoje ohledně otázky vysídlení Němců z Československa. Poté se práce zabývá již samotným průběhem a organizací transferu Němců z Liberecka. Nejprve je zkoumáno neorganizované vysídlení, které v Liberci započalo ihned po konci války. Tato fáze byla často provázena násilnými incidenty a organizačními potížemi. Poté je zmíněna Postupimská konference, která byla vnímána jako mezičlánek k přípravě organizovaných transferů. Tyto transfery započaly v lednu roku 1946 a práce zkoumá hlavně jejich organizaci a průběh, která nebyla vždy bez problému. Tato část vysídlení byla oficiálně ukončena v listopadu 1946, ale transporty pokračovaly dodatečnou fází, která skončila až v roce 1951. V závěru práce rozebírá okamžité následky vysídlení, které společně s procesem osidlováním způsobilo v Liberci chaos.
