Komunikace mezi osobami s afázií a zdravotnickými pracovníky

Abstract

Diploma thesis deals with communication between persons with aphasia and healthcare professionals. The thesis consists of four chapters, three of which are theoretical. Research is included in the fourth chapter. Aphasia is defined and classified in the first theoretical chapter. The second chapter deals with a multidisciplinary team involving in the rehabilitation of persons with aphasia and with the individual role of healthcare professionals from the team. It also deals with diagnostics and the therapy of aphasia in acute, subacute and chronic stadium. Communication with persons with aphasia and its specifics are described in the third chapter. The main objective of diploma thesis was to find out how communication between persons with aphasia and healthcare professionals in healthcare facilities takes place according to experience of persons with aphasia and healthcare professionals as well. Partial objectives were concentrated on communication types, the techniques and aids for facilitating communication and also on factors affecting and facilitating or complicating communication. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou komunikace mezi osobami s afázií a zdravotnickými pracovníky. Práce je členěna na čtyři kapitoly, z nichž první tři jsou teoretické. Obsahem čtvrté kapitoly je výzkumné šetření. První teoretická kapitola definuje afázii a další základní pojmy a nastiňuje klasifikaci afázie. Druhá teoretická kapitola je z větší části věnována multidisciplinárnímu týmu v rehabilitaci osob s afázií a roli jednotlivých zdravotnických pracovníků v týmu. Zabývá se také diagnostikou a terapií afázie v akutním, subakutním a chronickém stadiu. Třetí kapitola popisuje komunikaci s osobami s afázií a její specifika. Hlavním cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem probíhá ve zdravotnickém zařízení komunikace mezi osobou s afázií a zdravotnickými pracovníky, a to na základě zkušeností osob s afázií i zdravotnických pracovníků. Dílčí cíle se soustředily na formu, kterou komunikace probíhá, na užívané postupy a pomůcky k usnadnění komunikace a také na faktory, které komunikaci usnadňují nebo naopak ztěžují. Pro realizaci výzkumného šetření byla s ohledem na zapojení osob s afázií zvolena kvalitativní výzkumná strategie. Pro sběr dat byla použita metoda polostrukturovaného rozhovoru.
