Screening symptomů sociálních a emočních obtíží prostřednictvím české verze Brief Infant - Toddler Social Emotional Assesment (BITSEA): pilotní ověření na české populaci

Abstract

This thesis focuses on a pilot testing of the Brief Infant-Toddler Social Emotional Assessment (BITSEA), a questionnaire designed for screening of social-emotional and behavioural difficulties in children from one to three years of age. The aim of the theoretical part is to introduce the reader to the socio-emotional development of the child, as well as to some of the disorders related to this area. The literary section includes a description of screening and diagnostic methods focused on the socio-emotional area and the description of the BITSEA questionnaire. The research part focuses on the translation of the questionnaire and its pilot validation on the Czech population. The main goal of the work is to ascertain what is the internal consistency of the scales and whether the Czech translation of the questionnaire can distinguish between children with suspected difficulties and children with presumed normal development.

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na pilotní zkoumání dotazníku Brief Infant-Toddler Social Emotional Assesment (BITSEA), který je určen ke screeningu sociálních a emočních obtíží spolu s problémy v chování u dětí ve věku od jednoho roku do tří let. Cílem teoretické části je seznámit čtenáře se socio-emočním vývojem dítěte a s některými poruchami, které se k dané oblasti pojí. Součástí literárně-přehledové části je i popis screeningových a diagnostických metod zaměřených na socio-emoční oblast a popis dotazníku BITSEA. Výzkumná část se věnuje překladu dotazníku a jeho pilotnímu ověření na české populaci. Hlavním cílem práce je pak kromě překladu zjistit, jaká je vnitřní konzistence jednotlivých škál a zda dokáže český překlad dotazníku odlišit děti s podezřením na obtíže od dětí s předpokladem normálního vývoje.
