Chemické pokusy jako prostředky výuky vybraných chemických výpočtů na SŠ

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the selected collection of chemical calculations by implementing the chemical experiments to teach Chemistry effectively at secondary schools. The beginning of this bachelor thesis is to describe the types of chemical calculations included in the main areas of Chemistry taught at secondary schools. The overview is based on both expected outcomes of the Framework Education Programme for Grammar schools, Secondary Vocational schools of Chemistry and School Curriculum, including textbooks. Overview of chemical calculations has been prepared and includes: basic chemical quantities and calculations, systems of substances and their composition, balancing equations, pH calculations and thermal changes during chemical reactions. We also find a chapter on chemical experiments in the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis. The practical part of the bachelor thesis focuses on supporting the teaching of selected chemical calculations in secondary schools through the implementation of chemical experiments. The practical part deals with designing and analysing particular laboratory assignments as a teaching method of the selected collection of chemical calculations at secondary schools. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá podporou výuky vybraných chemických výpočtů na středních školách prostřednictvím realizace žákovských chemických pokusů. Teoretická část této práce zahrnuje přehled typů chemických výpočtů v tématech výuky chemie na středních školách, který vychází z analýzy očekávaných výstupů středoškolského vzdělávání uvedených v RVP G a ve vybraných RVP SOV s chemickým zaměřením, dále z analýzy výstupů ve vybraných ŠVP a vybraných učebnicích chemie pro střední školy. Na základě této analýzy byl zpracován přehled chemických výpočtů pro střední školy, který zahrnuje: základní chemické veličiny a výpočty, soustavy látek a jejich složení, vyčíslování rovnic, výpočty pH a tepelné změny při chemických reakcích. V teoretické části také nalezneme kapitolu o chemických pokusech. V praktické části jsou navrženy a odladěny chemické pokusy pro žákovské laboratorní úlohy, jejichž prostřednictvím bude žákům předvedena a vysvětlena potřeba daného chemického výpočtu. V praktické části nalezneme celkem 7 chemických pokusů, které podporují výuku chemických výpočtů: molární hmotnost a objem, látkové množství a koncentrace, složení roztoků, vyčíslování rovnic, stechiometrické výpočty, výpočty pH či výpočty relativních výtěžků.
