Porovnání techniky při běhu na 100 m př. u vybraných závodnic

Abstract

Title: Comparasion of technique in 100 m hurdles in selected athletes Aims: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe and evaluate the technique of the 4th hurdle clearance in the model run of 100 m hurdles within the training of technique in selected athletes of a certain level of performance and then make a comparison with the of the 5th hurdle clearance. Another goal is a subsequent comparison of the technique of the 4th hurdle clearance in both athletes. Methodology: To achieve the results of the bachelor's thesis, a model training of technique was organized within the athletic discipline of 100 m hurdles for two selected athletes within the training unit. From the front and side view were recorded videos of the 4th and 5th hurdles, kinograms were created by using Kinovea and subsequently edited in Zoner Photo Studio X. Kinograms were used to achieve the goals and answer the research questions of this work. Images were analysed in three phases of the hurdle clearance. A record sheet of frequently occurring mistakes from Slavíček (2020), literature and my experience with this discipline were used to describe the technique and to detect mistakes in hurdle clearance. Název: Porovnání techniky při běhu na 100 m př. u vybraných závodnic Cíle práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat a zhodnotit techniku přeběhu 4. překážky při modelovém úseku na 100 m překážek v rámci tréninku techniky u vybraných závodnic určité výkonnostní úrovně a následně provést komparaci s přeběhem 5. překážky. Dalším cílem je následná komparace techniky přeběhu 4. překážky u obou probandek. Metodika práce: Pro dosažení výsledků bakalářské práce byl zorganizován modelový úsek v rámci atletické disciplíny 100 m překážek pro dvě vybrané probandky v rámci tréninkové jednotky. Z pořízených videozáznamů z čelného a bočného pohledu u 4. a 5. překážky byly vytvořeny kinogramy za pomocí programu Kinovea a následně upraveny v programu Zoner Photo Studio X. Ty pak sloužily k dosažení cílů a zodpovězení výzkumných otázek této práce. Snímky byly zachyceny v jednotlivých fázích přeběhu překážky. Pro popis techniky a zjišťování chyb při přeběhu překážek mi posloužil záznamový arch často se vyskytujících chyb od Slavíčka (2020), odborná literatura a mé zkušenosti s touto disciplínou. Výsledky práce: Díky zvolené metodice jsem splnila cíle práce a stanovila jsem chyby, které se vyskytovaly jak u první probandky, tak u druhé.
