Abstract

Title: Case report of a patient of physiotherapeutic care after total endoprosthesis of the right knee joint Objectives: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to process theoretical knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology of the knee joint, total endoprostheses of this joint and rehabilitation procedures after TEP implantation. The aim of the special part is a case report of a patient diagnosed with st.p. total endoprosthesis of the right knee joint with practical rehabilitation and evaluation of its effect. Methods: The general part is the processing of research on the topic of TEP of the knee joint. The special part is processed in the form of a patient's case report and consists of an initial kinesiological analysis with the determination of a short-term and long-term physiotherapy plan, eight therapeutic units and an output kinesiological analysis. In the end, there is an evaluation of the effect of therapy. The case report was prepared in the medical facility Vršovická zdravotní a.s. during continuous professional practice in the period 13.1. - 9.2.2022. Results: During physiotherapeutic rehabilitation, the patient's range of motion in the operated joint increased to both flexion and extension. Název: Kazuistika pacienta fyzioterapeutické péče po totální endoprotéze pravého kolenního kloubu. Cíle: Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat teoretické poznatky anatomie a kineziologie kolenního kloubu, totální endoprotézy tohoto kloubu a postupy rehabilitace po implantaci TEP. Cílem speciální části je kazuistika pacientky s diagnózou st.p. totální endoprotéza pravého kolenního kloubu s praktickým provedením rehabilitace a se zhodnocením jejího efektu. Metody: Obecná část je zpracováním rešerše na téma TEP kolenního kloubu. Speciální část je zpracována formou kazuistiky pacientky a skládá se ze vstupního kineziologického rozboru se stanovením krátkodobého a dlouhodobého fyzioterapeutického plánu, z osmi terapeutických jednotek a z výstupního kineziologického rozboru. V závěru je zhodnocení efektu terapie. Kazuistika byla vypracována ve zdravotnickém zařízení Vršovická zdravotní a.s. během souvislé odborné praxe v období 13.1.-9.2.2022. Výsledky: Během fyzioterapeutické rehabilitace došlo u pacientky ke zvětšení rozsahu pohybu v operovaném kloubu do flexe i extenze. Zmírnil se otok i bolestivost operované končetiny.
