Hostitelská péče pro nezletilé bez doprovodu v ČR

Abstract

1 ABSTRAKT Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak funguje systém hostitelské péče pro skupinu nezletilých cizinců bez doprovodu v České republice, a zmapovat jeho hlavní přínosy a rizika. Teoretická část shrnuje základní charakteristiky hostitelské péče a popisuje, jaký má dle autorů odborné literatury tento institut smysl. Dále se teoretická část věnuje skupině nezletilých cizinců bez doprovodu a jejich situaci v ČR. Empirická část práce uvádí výsledky výzkumného šetření, které se uskutečnilo formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů jednak s hostitelkami, jejichž rodiny hostitelskou péči nezletilým bez doprovodu poskytují, jednak s pracovníkem Organizace pro pomoc uprchlíkům, který usiluje o vytvoření systému doprovázení, poradenství a dalších prvků, jež by hostitelům zajistily potřebnou podporu a umožnily ošetření případných rizik. Z analýzy rozhovorů vyplývá, že tento systém je v současné době podrobně naplánován v rámci projektu zmíněné neziskové organizace a postupně se uskutečňují jednotlivé částí projektu. Z diskuze analýzy rozhovorů s odbornou literaturou je zřejmé, že hostitelé potřebují kvalitní přípravu i následnou podporu, vzhledem k tomu, že se s touto formou péče pojí určitá rizika a to jak pro nezletilé, tak pro hostitele samotné. 1 ABSTRACT The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find the principle of host care of unaccompanied foreigner minors in the Czech Republic and describe its main benefits and drawbacks. The theoretical part summarizes the main characteristics of host care and describes the main benefit according to the authors of field literature. The empirical part of the work presents the results of a research survey, which took place in the form of semi-structured interviews with hosts whose families provide care to unaccompanied minors, as well as with a refugee aid organization which seeks to create a system of accompaniment, counselling and other elements that provide the necessary support and enable the treatment of potential risks. The analysis of the interviews shows that this system is currently planned in detail within the project of the mentioned non-profit organization and the individual parts of the project are gradually being implemented. From the comparison of the analysis of interviews with the literature, it is clear that the hosts need quality preparation and subsequent support, given that this form of care involves certain risks, both for minors and for the hosts themselves.
