Výchovné štýly v lesbických rodinách

Abstract

Práca sa bude zameriavať na výchovu a postupy výchovy detí v lesbických rodinách. Výskum bude prebiehať kvalitatívne prostredníctvom rozhovorov so siedmimi rodinami. Cieľom práce je zmapovať podmienky výchovy v konkrétnych lesbických rodinách, či sa v rodinách dbá na prípravu detí na inakosť, ktorá ich môže postihnúť, alebo naopak. Následne sa výsledky porovnajú, a to aj s doterajšími zahraničnými a domácimi výskumami v danej oblasti. Výsledky práce priniesli zistenia o tom, že jednotlivé lesbické matky využívajú pri výchove tzv. demokratické štýly, vzťah k deťom bol popisovaný ako kladný a využívané je vo výchove stredné vedenie. Matky sú toho názoru, že je potrebné dbať na potreby ich detí, počúvať ich názor na vec a v určitých aspektoch ich nechávať aj spolurozhodovať, samozrejme s prihliadaním na vek. Matky aj od malička deťom predstavujú rôzne typy rodín (Heteroparentálne, homoparentálne, single) či už prostredníctvom knižiek, filmov alebo dokonca aj kontaktu s inými homoparentálnymi rodinami. Na možnú homofóbiu väčšina matiek deti zatiaľ nepripravujú. V troch rodinách prebiehajú aj kontakty detí a darcov spermií.

The thesis will focus on the upbringing styles in lesbian families. Research is going to be qualitative and will be held trough interviews with the seven families. The aim of the thesis is to describe the conditions of upbringing styles in lesbian families. Then we will compare the results, also with other studies in this field. The results showed, that lesbian mothers use so called democratic parenting styles. They think, that it is important to respect their children's needs, hear their thoughts and opinions and in most cases (according to age) to let them decide what they want. The mothers educate their children in types of families (heteroparental, homoparental, single) from young age. They do it via films, fairy tales and books, mothers also provide meetings with other homoparental families to their children. When it comes to homophobia, most of the couples do not prepare their children for theoretical unpleasant situations. In three of seven families the children also have contact with donors.
