Porovnání nástupu fenofází a teploty vzduchu v letech 1956- 1980 a 1981-2005 v Česku =Phenophases onset and air temperature differences between two periods (1956-1980 and 1981-2005) in Czechia

Abstract

Hlavním obsahem příspěvku jsou mapy a grafy fenologických fází vybraných rostlinných druhů a jejich porovnání s teplotou vzduchu ve dvou na sebe navazujících pětadvecetiletích (1956-1980 a 1981-2005) v České republice. Je použita prostorová analýza dat pomocí lokální lineární regrese. Mapy jsou vytvořeny v prostředí Geografického informačního systému (GIS) ESRI GIS (Arc View 3.x, Arc GIS 9.2) a programu CLIDATA GIS pro interpolaci klimatologických dat.

Maps of sure phenophases onset (selected fruit plant, crop and wild plant) and maps of climatological conditions in two 25-year periods (1956-1980 and 1981-2005) in the Czech Republic are the main content of this contribution. We used spatial analytical techniques like localized linear regression for gridding. All maps are created in the Geographical Information System environment using ESRI GIS environment (ArcView 3.x, Arc GIS 9.2) and Clidata GIS program for climatological data interpolation.
