Prožensky orientované nestátní neziskové organizace v ČR. Počátky a dnešní realita na příkladu tří NNO.

Abstract

In my thesis I focus on the mapping of the aims of selected pro-women-oriented NGO's in the time of their establishment and today, characteristics of potential changes of the aims and their possible impact on the original mission of the organisations/movement. In the introductory part I concentrate on the historical context of civic activities in the Czech society with the emphasis on women activities from the beginning of emancipation efforts in 19th century till 1990. I pay special attention to the context of establishment and development of the first women NGO's from the period of transformation after 1989 till the present time. In the analytical part I evaluate the development of the aims of NGO's - YWCA v ČR, Kluby křesťanských žen and Síť MC , which were founded/re-established in 1990 and are still in existence. Based on the analysis of documents and interviews I describe the development of their aims in the context of societal conditions affecting them since their establishment. In the conclusion I present the characteristics of the changes of the aims and their impact on the mission of organisations as illustration of development trends of the society relating to the demand for their services. Ve své práci se zaměřuji na zmapování cílů vybraných prožensky orientovaných nestátních neziskových organizací v době jejich vzniku a v současnosti, charakteristiku potenciálních změn cílů a jejich případný dopad na původní poslání organizací či hnutí. V úvodní části práce se pro představení tradice spolkové činnosti v české společnosti soustředím na její historický kontext s důrazem na ženské aktivity od zárodků emancipačních snah v 19. století až do roku 1990. Zároveň se také zabývám kontextem vzniku a vývoje prvních ženských nestátních neziskových organizací od období transformace po roce 1989 až do současnosti. V analytické části práce pak na příkladu organizací YWCA v ČR, Kluby křesťanských žen a Síť MC, které byly založené či znovuobnovené v roce 1990 a jsou dosud činné, na základě analýzy dokumentů a rozhovorů vyhodnocuji vývoj cílů organizací v kontextu společenských podmínek, které na ně působily od doby jejich vzniku po současnost. Na závěr uvádím charakteristiku změn cílů organizací a tento dopad na jejich poslání jako ilustraci vývojových tendencí společnosti ve smyslu poptávky po službách, které organizace zajišťovaly. Bilance dnešního stavu organizací je současně reflexí jejich strategie udržitelnosti či přežití, z níž lze také zároveň určit klíčové faktory, rozhodující pro úspěšný rozvoj NNO.
