Spokojenost cizinců v České republice se zdravotnickou péčí: průzkumná práce u responsibilního vzorku cizinců

Abstract

Ve své bakalárské práci jsem se zabývala tématem spokojenosti cizincu se zdravotnickou pécí v Cechách. Mým cílem bylo zjistit, do jaké míry jsou cizinci s pécí spokojeni a zda chápou a znají ceský zdravotnický systém. Práce je rozclenena na dve hlavní cásti, a to teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické cásti se soustredím na to, kdo je to cizinec, druhy pobytu cizincu v Ceské republice, zdravotnické pojištení cizích státních príslušníku, svetová náboženství, verejný zdravotnický systém v Ceské republice, co je to multikulturní ošetrovatelství, druhy zarízení v CR pro cizince a specifika komunikace s cizími státními príslušníky. V praktické cásti jsem vyhodnotila otázky z anonymního dotazníku. Dotazník je rozdelený na tri okruhy. První soubor otázek se zameruje na charakteristiku dotazované osoby napr.: "Jaké jste národnosti?" Nejvetší soubor otázek tvorí druhou cást dotazníku. V té se dotazuji respondentu na to, jak cizinci vnímají zdravotnictví v Ceské republice a za jakých okolností navštevují lékare. Poslední soucástí dotazníku jsou zamereny na to jak jsou cizinci spokojeni s danou skupinou zdravotnického personálu. Odpovedi jsem zpracovala v tabulkách a grafech. Výsledky pruzkumu a návrhy rešení problému, které vyšly z dotazníku, jsem umístila na konec své práce v oddílech diskuze a záver. Další soucástí...

As a theme of my bachelor's work, I chose "The Satisfaction of foreigners with the health service in The Czech Republic". I aimed to find out foreigner's satisfaction with health service and how they understand to The Czech health service. Complete text is divided on two parts- the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part I concentrate on: who are foreigners, types of foreigners stay in The Czech Republic, types of health insurance for foreigners, world religions, public health system in The Czech Republic, what is multicultural nursing, types of organizations for foreigners in The Czech Republic and special characteristics of communication with foreign national in hospital. In the practical part I rate questions from an anonymous questionnaire. The questionnaire is partitioned on three parts. The first set of questions is concentrate on characterization of interviewed persons for example: "What's your nationality?". The second part of questions is the biggest. I asked question, how foreigners are understanding our health servis and when they visited our doctors - in the second part. In the third part of questionnaire I focused on how foreigners are satisfied with specific group of medical auxiliaries. These answers are represented in tabular forms and graphs.
