Obraz Mostecka v české próze 20. a 21. století

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výzkumem toho, jaký obraz zanechalo město Most, respektive celý mostecký region v české próze od roku 1945 do současnosti, a činí tak pomocí interpretační analýzy devíti vybraných děl. K beletrii je zde tedy přistupováno jako k jednomu z pramenů a z pohledu literární vědy se tak práce hlásí ke kontextově orientovaným teoriím. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je shrnuta historie oblasti a města Most (starého i nového), důraz je kladen na pro město zlomové okamžiky 20. a 21. století, a dále je zde popsána literatura Mostecka i literatura o Mostecku. Praktická část obsahuje interpretační analýzu devíti děl odehrávajících se ve městě Most a okolí autorů Hořejše, Jedličky, Párala, Voláka, Cacha, Šerberové, Brycze, Čechury a Bendové. Samotným analýzám předchází popis výběru děl, který byl činěn tak, aby byl reprezentativní a bylo možné na něm nastínit, jak bylo město a jeho okolí zobrazováno v literatuře. Po analýzách následuje kapitola, která odhaluje, jaké motivy-reálie se vyskytovaly napříč všemi hodnocenými texty, a porovnává jejich vztah ke skutečným reáliím Mostecka. Na počátku práce byly stanoveny dvě hypotézy: první předpokládá, že Most je zobrazován v literatuře převážně negativně, druhá navrhuje, že se ve všech či většině textů...

This bachelor's thesis deals with the research of the image left by the city of Most, or more precisely the whole Most region in Czech prose from 1945 to the present, and does so by means of an interpretative analysis of nine selected works. In the thesis, fiction is approached as a primary source and thus, from the point of view of literary theory, the thesis ranks among context-oriented theories. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an analytical part; the theoretical part summarizes the history of the area and the city of Most (old and new), with the emphasis put on major events that could be considered turning points of the 20th and 21st century for the city and the region. It also describes the literature both of the Most region and about the Most region. The analytical part contains an interpretative analysis of nine works - by the authors Hořejš, Jedlička, Páral, Volák, Cach, Šerberová, Brycz, Čechura and Bendová - taking place in the city of Most and its surrounding. The analyses themselves are introduced by an explanation of the selection of these works, which was made in such a way that it was both representative and also outlined how the city and its surroundings were depicted in literature.
