Postoj CDU/CSU k východní a německé politice sociálně-liberální koalice v letech 1969-1973 a její vliv na tehdejší vládu

Abstract

Bachelor thesis The attitude of the CDU/CSU to the Eastern and German policy of the social- liberal coalition in 1969-1973 and its influence on the then government focuses on the attitude of the CDU/CSU to Eastern and German politics in 1969-1973. This is the policy towards the Eastern Bloc countries that was pursued by Willy Brandt's social-liberal government. The presented thesis also deals with the influence of the Union on the promotion of Eastern and German policy in this period. After exactly 20 years in power, the Union had to accept the new role of the opposition party after the 1969 elections to the Bundestag. After three years of "unity" in a grand coalition led by Chancellor Kurt Georg Kiesinger, an imaginary period of ideological war with the SPD began, caused in particular by the question of Eastern and German politics. The thesis describes the main events in the promotion of German and Eastern policy, starting with the German-German summits in Erfurt and Kassel, through negotiations on agreements with the Eastern bloc countries to the accession of Germany and the GDR to the United Nations. The thesis is the assumption that the Union influenced the course of German and Eastern policy of the newly ruling social-liberal coalition, mainly through the main opposition figures.

Bakalářská práce Postoj CDU/CSU k východní a německé politice sociálně-liberální koalice v letech 1969-1973 a její vliv na tehdejší vládu se zaměřuje na postoj politické frakce CDU/CSU (Unie) k východní a německé politice v letech 1969-1973. Tím je myšlena politika vůči zemím východního bloku, která byla prosazována sociálně-liberální vládou Willyho Brandta. Předložená práce se dále také zabývá vlivem Unie na prosazování východní a německé politiky v tomto období. Unie se přesně po 20 letech u moci musela po volbách do Spolkového sněmu v roce 1969 smířit s novou rolí opoziční strany. Po třech letech "jednoty" ve velké koalici pod vedením kancléře Kurta Georga Kiesingera začala pomyslná doba ideologické války s SPD, kterou vyvolala zejména otázka východní a německé politiky. Práce popisuje hlavní události prosazování německé a východní politiky, počínaje německo-německými summity v Erfurtu a Kasselu, přes jednání o smlouvách se zeměmi východního bloku až po vstup SRN a NDR do Organizace spojených národů. Tezí práce je předpoklad, že Unie ovlivnila kurz německé a východní politiky nově vládnoucí sociálně-liberální koalice, a to především prostřednictvím hlavních opozičních aktérů.
