Specifika ústního projevu a vypravování u bilingvních dětí

Abstract

Práce je zaměřena na analýzu ústního projevu a způsobů vypravování u česko- anglických bilingvních dětí ve věku 8-10 let. Jde o děti žijící ve Velké Británii, které mají jednoho nebo oba rodiče rodilé mluvčí češtiny. V rodinné komunikaci těchto dětí je v různé míře uplatňována čeština. Cílem práce je zmapovat vyjadřovací prostředky a postupy uplatňované při vypravování a specifika projevu nedospělých bilingvních mluvčích. Teoretická část práce vychází z analýzy odborné literatury. Jádrem výzkumné části jsou nasbíraná data ve formě audionahrávky žáků 3. ročníku České školy v Manchesteru. Děti na záznam vyprávěly příběhy na základě předložené vizuální opory ve formě obrázků, a to v českém i anglickém jazyce. Pořízené nahrávky byly následně analyzovány z hlediska morfologických, syntaktických, lexikálních a dalších jevů vztahujících se k bilingvismu. K analýze struktury vypravování byl použit a přizpůsoben materiál Multijazykového testu na hodnocení jazykových schopností (MAIN). Výsledkem případové studie je shrnutí tendencí, které bylo možné v rámci nasbíraného materiálu sledovat.

The thesis focuses on an analysis of oral expression and methods of narration of Czech-English bilingual children in the age of 8-10 years. The children who became the subjects of the study are children living in the UK who have one or both parents Czech native speakers. Czech is used to varying degrees in the family communication of these children. The aim of the thesis is to map the means of expression and methods used in the narration and the specifics of the oral production of bilingual speakers. The theoretical part of the thesis is based on the analysis of professional literature, the core of the research part is the collected data in the form of audio recordings of pupils of the 3rd year of Czech School Manchester. The children told stories on the basis of the presented visual support in the form of pictures, in both Czech and English. The acquired recordings were subsequently analysed in terms of morphological, syntactic, lexical and other phenomena related to bilingualism. The Multilingual Assessment Instrument for Narratives (MAIN) was used to analyse the narrative structure. The result of the case study is a summary of the tendencies that could be observed within the collected material.
