Využití hiporehabilitace v rezidenční léčbě závislostí v psychiatrické nemocnici.

Abstract

Východiska: Diplomová práce se zabývá metodou hipoterapie v psychiatrii a psychologii a jejím využitím v rezidenční léčbě závislostí v PN. Teoretická část je východiskem celé práce. Představuje základní používané metody léčby, samotnou metodu hiporehabilitace a její zařazení do tradičních metod léčby závislostí. Výzkumná část vychází z kvalitativního sběru dat. Cíle: Cílem diplomové práce je popsat využití hiporehabilitace v rezidenční léčbě závislostí. Chce také zjistit, jak tuto metodu hodnotí samotní pacienti a terapeuti, jaké oblasti života hiporehabilitace ovlivňuje a jak zapadá do současných metod léčby. Soubor: Výzkumný soubor tvoří osm pacientů z oddělení pro léčbu závislostí v psychiatrické nemocnici, kteří splňovali kritéria výběru, a dva terapeuti, kteří pracují s metodou hipoterapie v psychiatrii a psychologii u závislých klientů/pacientů a splňovali kritéria výběru. Metody: Zvoleným typem výzkumu byla evaluace procesu. S pacienty byla provedena polostrukturovaná ohnisková skupina a s terapeuty byl uskutečněn polostrukturovaný rozhovor. Výsledky a závěr: Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že koně mají na pacienty v rezidenční léčbě závislosti výrazně pozitivní vliv, a to zejména v oblasti psychické, emoční, fyzické a sociální. Background: The diploma thesis deals with the method of equine facilitated psychiatry and psychology and its use in the treatment of addictions. The theoretical part is the starting point of the whole work.
