Teoretická část je zaměřena na oblasti, které zahrnují strategické řízení lidských zdrojů a jednotlivé personální činnosti. V praktické části je představen podnik, jeho strategie řízení lidských zdrojů, zhodnocení aktuální situace, návrhy na zlepšení personálních činností.	cs_CZ
