Přeshraniční spolupráce České republiky, Spolkové republiky Německo a Polské republiky v rámci Euroregionu Neisse - Nisa - Nysa

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals on the problematics of Euroregions with Czech participation. The theoretical part discusses the emergence of Euroregions, their functions, internal mechanisms and functioning. Euroregions are an essential part of the cross-border cooperation, which they influence primarily through projects funded by European Union funds. These projects aim to strengthen cross-border cooperation between individual municipalities and cities, together with other entities. The thesis explains more details about mentioned projects - the description of concrete projects, funding and the actual realization. The practical part is devoted to the application of data to one specific Euroregion, Euroregion Neisse-Nisa-Nysa. Euroregion Neisse-Nisa-Nysa is an appropriate example for the explanation of the actual function of Euroregions. Data from the theoretical part are applied to that to provide a complete picture. Furthermore, the practical part mentions specific projects which were subsidized through the Euroregion Neisse-Nisa-Nysa to explain the functioning of Euroregions and their members in practice.

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice euroregionů s českou spoluúčastí. V teoretické části je rozebírán vznik euroregionů, jejich funkce, vnitřní mechanismy a fungování. Euroregiony jsou důležitými články přeshraniční spolupráce, kterou ovlivňují především prostřednictvím projektů, které jsou financovány z fondů Evropské unie. Tyto projekty mají za cíl zintenzivnit přeshraniční spolupráci mezi jednotlivými obcemi a městy, společně s dalšími subjekty. V práci je vysvětleno, jak dané projekty vypadají, jakým způsobem jsou financovány, a jakým způsobem jsou realizovány. Praktická část se věnuje aplikaci teoretických poznatků na jeden konkrétní euroregion, Euroregion Neisse-Nisa-Nysa. Na tomto euroregionu je prakticky objasněna funkce euroregionů a jsou na něj aplikované teoretické poznatky z teoretické části. Dále jsou v praktické části uvedeny konkrétní projekty, které byly dotovány skrze Euroregion Neisse-Nisa-Nysa, aby na nich bylo vysvětleno praktické fungování euroregionů a jejich členů.
