Míra a vzorce užívání psychoaktivních látek u klientů programu Hard and Smart v letech 2016-2019

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na fenomén užívání psychoaktivních látek v prostředí zábavy. Cílem práce je zjistit míru a vzorce užívání psychoaktivních látek mezi klienty Programu H&S v letech 2016-2019. Jejím dílčím cílem je zkoumat souvislosti jejich užívání se sociodemografickými faktory, s faktory souvisejícími s typem akce a kulturními charakteristikami prostředí zábavy a popsat vývoj jejich užívání v čase. Práce je členěna do dvou částí. Teoretická část poskytuje informace o prostředí nočního života a zábavy, o tom jak s tímto prostředím souvisí užívání psychoaktivních látek, jaká je souvislost jejich užívání s různými hudebními subkulturami, jaké jsou vzorce a motivace užívání psychoaktivních látek v tomto prostředí a rizika s nimi spojená. V poslední části jsou představeny adiktologické programy v této oblasti a zejména Program H&S jakožto významný poskytovatel preventivních a harm reduction služeb v prostředí nočního života a zábavy v ČR. Z výsledků vyplývá, že v průběhu sledovaného období mezi jednotlivými lety došlo k výraznému nárůstu počtu realizací programu Programu H&S na hudebních akcích. The bachelor thesis is focused on the phenomenon of substance abuse in the entertainment environment. The aim of the work is to find out the level and patterns of substance abuse among clients of the H&S Program in the years 2016-2019. Its partial goal is to examine the connection of their use with sociodemographic factors, with factors related to the type of event and cultural characteristics of the entertainment environment and the development of these factors over time. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part provides information about the environment of nightlife and entertainment, how music is related to this environment and what musical subcultures can be encountered. Due to the addictological focus of the work, the following is information about the use of psychoactive substances in this environment, the motivation of visitors to use these substances and information about the risks associated with it. The last part introduces the H&S Program, as a major provider of preventive and harm reduction services in the nightlife and entertainment environment in the Czech Republic.
