Vzdělávání příslušníků Armády ČR s využitím e-learningu

Abstract

Cílem předložené rigorózní práce je popsat problematiku využití e-learningu v rámci vzdělávání vojáků Armády České republiky (dále jen vojáků AČR) u konkrétního vojenského útvaru a prozkoumat, nakolik je tento způsob efektivní vzhledem k potřebám cílové skupiny. Práce se zabývá problematikou e-learningu a jeho uplatnění v podmínkách Armády České republiky (dále jen AČR). E-learning je zde využíván jako jedna z metod vzdělávání. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část práce je zpracována formou literární rešerše. Pozornost je zde věnována e-learningu, principům vzdělávání prostřednictvím e-learningu, didakticko-pedagogickým aspektům vzdělávání prostřednictvím e-learningu, principům vzdělávání dospělých atd. Výzkumnou část práce autorka rozdělila do třech základních částí, a to na kvalitativní šetření, kvantitativní šetření a interpretaci dat. Kvalitativní šetření se uskuteční formou rozhovorů a to za účelem získat zpětnou vazbu na to, jakým způsobem vojáci přistupují k e-learningu a jak nabyté znalosti prosazují v praxi. Kvantitativní šetření se uskuteční formou elektronického dotazování a to za účelem definovat spokojenost s množství vědomostí, které si odnáší z kurzu. The aim of the presented rigorous work is to describe the use of e-learning in the education of soldiers of the Army of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as AČR soldiers) at a specific military unit and to examine how effective is this method of teaching in relation with the needs of target group. The thesis deals with the issue of e-learning and its application in the conditions of the Army of the Czech Republic, where is used as the one method of education. This work is divided intotheoretical and research part. The theoretical part of the from of literary research. Attention is paid to e-learning, principles of education through e-learning, didactic-pedagogical aspects of education through e-learning, principles of adult education, etc. The research part of the work was divided into three basic parts by the author. There are: a qualitative research, a quantitative research and data interpretation. The qualitative survey will be conducted in the form of interviews in order to obtain feedback - how the soldiers approach e-learning course and how they promote newly acquired knowledge in practice.
