dc.description.abstract	Předložená disertační práce analyzuje uplatnění absolventů VŠB-TUO na trhu práce vzhledem k jejich vzdělání v hospodářských podmínkách i časových souvislostech sociálně ekonomické transformace v letech 1992-2002. Základní osu této disertační práce tvoří kontext práce a vzdělání. V analýze je využita homogenní databáze z opakovaných výzkumů absolventů VŠB-TUO, která vymezuje uvedený desetiletý časový horizont zkoumání.	cs_CZ
dc.description.abstract	The presented doctoral thesis analyses the development of assertion of the graduates from the Technical University Ostrava (VŠB-TUO) on the job market in view of their education under the economic conditions and time context of the social economic transformation within the years 1992-2002. Labor and education present the basic axis of this doctoral thesis.. The analysis is based on a homogeneous data-basis compiled during repeated researches of VŠBTUO graduates which encompasses the given ten year horizon of the investigation.	en_US
