Jiří Klíma Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou TEP kyčelního kloubu Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče diagnózou TEP kyčelního kloubu a seznámení se s teoretické stránce. Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o vybraného pacienta byla zpracována během souvislé odborné praxe v Rehabilitační klinice Malvazinky, která probíhala od 11. února 2021. Nejprve byla odebrána anamnéza a provedeno vstupní kineziologické vyšetření. N ákladě toho byl stanoven krátkodobý a dlouhodobý terapeutický plán. Následovalo celkem 14 terapeutických jednotek. Celá terapie byla zakončena provedením výstupního kineziologického vyšetření a zhodnocením efektu terapie. Výsledky: Během terapií došlo k celkovému zlepšení fyzického stavu pacientky. Podařilo se především redukovat otok a zlepšit stav MT v okolí operační rány, zvětšit rozsah pohybu operovaného kyčelního kloubu do flexe, extenze a abdukce a posílit Klíčová slova: kazuistika, endoprotéza, koxartróza, kyčelní

Author: Jiří Klíma Title: A case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with a diagnosis of total hip endoprosthesis Objectives: The objective of this Bachelor's thesis is to review a case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with a diagnosis of total hip endoprosthesis and become acquainted with this diagnosis from a theoretical point of view. Methods: A case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of the patient was produced during practise in the Malvazinky Rehabilitation Clinic from the 11th of January to 5th of February 2021. It included anamnesis, initial kinesiological examination, both short-term and long-term physiotherapy plans, 14 physiotherapy sessions, a final kinesiological examination and an evaluation of the effect of therapy. Results: Physical condition of the patient was improved. The postoperative oedema was reduced and condition of soft tissue around the scar was improved. The range of flexion, extension and abduction of the operated hip joint increased. Flexors, extensors and abductors have been strengthened.
